We are excited to announce today that we made a delivery to Eat Plus Coffee House on Sir John Overall Drive in Helensvale! This cafe is amazing and very new itself! Organic/vegan/gluten free options and all made in house!!
We delivered a batch of muesli bars this morning and we think that they match perfectly with their madman coffee!
We hope people will embrace our homemade paleo goods there so that we can become a regular fixture!
This week there is another first at Create! We will be having a stall at the Mirage Farmer Market In Southport! We are especially excited about this market as we feel like the people
Who attend are our “target” market! They come to the market for organic/healthy/wholesome foods to eat not only while there but take home for the week!
We will stock all the same products this week as we did last to get a gauge of what people are interested in buying so it’s all hands in deck in the kitchen (well actually just my two hands but that’s ok) and preparation is getting towards the end!

Well I can now rest easy and calm
my nerves as our first market is over!! Why do we put so much emphasis on “the first” of everything, such anticipation and nervous energy 😬
It went well and we got great feedback from our customers “best blueberry muffins I’ve ever had!” was just posted on our Facebook page 💛❤️

I can’t believe after three months of planning this Sunday we will be at our first market!!
I feel like it’s taken so long to get to this point as I’m possibly the most impatient person in the universe but I guess thinking back to only four months ago we weren’t even living here so I have to keep remembering that 🙊
We have decided to do small quantities of more products at this market. Give people a chance to see what we provide and try new things!!

We want people to come and try out the paleo food and perhaps think about how it compares to regular store brought foods. Not just a taste comparison (which I’m sure we would come out on top anyway 😜) but a comparison of what it’s made of, what’s been added to store brought items and what’s not in our products that other products have!
Think about what you are putting into your bodies and how it’s reacting.
And most importantly enjoy 😘
Today I have quite a bit of cooking to do for orders and also preparing new sample boxes to go out to a few perspective stockists!! 😜 exciting times ahead!!
I have made a batch of Anzac biscuits for an old friends whom I’m seeing tomorrow – she has ordered what I’m now referring to as a “sample box” of her own! She has selected four products in small batches that she wants to try out! I’m so grateful for the support of people who know us here on the Gold Coast as it’s difficult to break through to a new crowd but “create” is here and to stay so watch out Gold Coast we will be popping up somewhere in lots of places very soon 😆

Well as I sit on our couch exhausted I’m smiling!! Today was a great success for us at Create and we enjoyed every minute of it.
We held a stall at the Guardian Angels Primary School FAB Festival! Introducing our passion for food to the school community was our aim and in that we succeeded!
It was a great chance for us to work out the process we will need at our market stalls and also give us a platform for stall set up and products etc.
All in all we had a great day, learnt a lot, met some amazing people and were able to donate $150 to the schools P&F committee.
Job well done and time for a rest 😴

We have purchased all the items we need to start our market stall – yes we are yet to secure a position at a regular market but we do have the Guardian Angels FAB Festival coming up so we want our stall to be perfect as it’s the first time people will see us and our brand!
We have organised product signs and labels, tables and props etc.

Today it was confirmed that we {create – paleo inspired wholefoods} will be taking part in the FAB Festival at Guardian Angels Primary School on Sunday the 19th October.
We are so excited to help support the school that has taken in not only our son but our whole family!
We hope that the community will come along and try our paleo baked goods and perhaps get some ideas on how they to can push highly processed foods out of their home.
